1. Membership Fee

The GSW Worker Membership fee of 1000 BDT is charged for accessing services provided through our platform, including:

  • Creating a worker profile
  • Access to verified job opportunities
  • Job alerts and updates
  • Skill guidance and career information
  • Access to training and visa guidance materials

This membership helps us maintain the platform and provide continuous support to registered members.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

The 1000 BDT membership fee is generally non-refundable once the registration process is completed and the user account has been created.

This is because the membership grants immediate access to platform services and resources.

3. Exceptions

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Payment completed but account was not successfully created due to a technical error
  • Unauthorized transaction confirmed by payment provider

In such cases, users must contact us within 48 hours of the payment.

4. Job Placement Disclaimer

GSW provides access to job opportunities and guidance. However, membership payment does not guarantee job placement or visa approval.

Final hiring decisions are made by employers and visa authorities.

5. Processing Refund Requests

If a refund request meets the criteria mentioned above, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

6. Payment Gateway Policies

Payments processed through third-party gateways (such as bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer) may also be subject to their respective policies and processing times.
