GSW believes that an overseas career journey should extend beyond employment and departure. For eligible workers, welfare and protection support may be facilitated through our associated welfare initiatives and partner organizations.
Through NI Global (NGO), eligible overseas workers and their families may receive welfare-oriented assistance designed to provide additional support during difficult circumstances, subject to applicable policies, eligibility and available resources.
Welfare & Protection Support May Include
- Welfare assistance for eligible overseas workers
- Health-related support through applicable welfare programs
- Assistance for workers returning home due to illness, where eligible
- Reintegration and rehabilitation support for eligible returnee workers
- Assistance related to the repatriation of deceased workers, subject to applicable program terms
- Family support and coordination during critical situations
- Guidance and referral to relevant support services
